Your general management experience in residential water treatment or related field could be the foundation for your next career move. Clearwater Systems is looking for a hands-on General Manager who understands the industry and has the ability to convert technical knowledge into strong business results.

If you're able to deliver results, this is your opportunity. You�ll lead our Meadville service center, develop associates, provide an exceptional customer experience, and grow our market.

What you�ll do

Drive business growth by identifying opportunities to expand sales and service, strengthen customer relationships, and lead our Meadville service center.
Improve profitability through sound decision making.
Build a strong team by setting clear expectations, coaching associates, and holding the team accountable for results.
Turn technical expertise into customer confidence by helping the team solve problems and recommend effective solutions.
Raise service performance through quality work, timely responses, and consistent follow-through.
Own location results by tracking performance, addressing gaps, and taking action to achieve business goals.
Protect the business and its people through safe work practices, policy compliance, and responsible management of company resources.

What you bring

Proven experience leading and developing teams.
Demonstrated track record of driving top line growth.
Ability to develop and execute initiatives that align with company objectives and financial targets.
5+ years of leadership experience in residential water treatment or a related field.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to drive business decisions.
Strong computer skills and the ability to teach others.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and self-discipline skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally.
